Membership

We are an "open" Lodge which means we accept applications from all active and retired Law Enforcement Officers from any agency. Some of our members are from Federal, State and Local Law Enforcement Agencies from around the U.S.

To become a Lodge member, you must be active or retired Law Enforcement.

  • If you were a previous Tempe Lodge Member and left in "good standing," a vote for membership is not required and your membership can be re-activated upon receiving your request for re-activation and payment of annual dues.
  • If you are applying to our Lodge for the first time, you must complete the application for membership form. You may either submit the form in person at one of our monthly meetings or mail your application to our Lodge PO Box. Please see our "Contact Us" page for the address or our "Meetings" page for date and location of our next meeting. You can also check out our "Event Calendar." You membership has to be voted on and of course payment of your annual dues.
  • If you are requesting a transfer into our Lodge from another Arizona FOP Lodge, you also need to submit an application for membership to be voted on and YOUR Lodge must submit the transfer form to the FOP State Lodge.
